Der Herr bewegt sich

zitiert aus: The potent self: a study of spontaneity and compulsion
Von Moshé Feldenkrais

Seite 162
„Most people hold their breath, turn red in the face, and feel considerable effort. To find a better way, one must learn to mentally project the action without interfering with the breath, without stiffening the neck or fixing the head in any way — in short , without doing anything that is not related to the act. Now this is seemingly an ardouos task, for one has to learn to integrate a considerable number of acts into one unique complex act. This is the erroneous element, introduced into action by ignorance, which makes training, training, and yet more training necessary. By actively learning what is being transferred from „training“, it is possible to cut out most of the futile labor.“
